Overview
Two teams of friends are determined to have lots of fun when they go shopping at an antiques centre in Glasgow. Experts Paul Laidlaw and James Lewis are on hand to offer advice and help spot a bargain or two. Among the items purchased are a pair of mandolins and an unusual cubist plaque. There's a definite buzz in the air at the auction and some very happy contestants. Presenter Tim Wonnacott also visits Dumfries House and looks at a piece of Chippendale furniture which cost nearly 50 pounds when bought but is now worth up to five million pounds.
